This is an appeal from an order vacating a decree which admitted to probate in solemn form a copy of the alleged lost holographic will of Mrs. Cherry Hamilton Hollensbee, deceased. The order appealed from which set aside the decree admitting the alleged will to probate in solemn form was an interlocutory order, and there was no appeal granted by the chancellor therefrom. Nor was the interlocutory appeal applied for either to the chancellor or to a member...
