Raymond Otero and Florentino Salud sustained personal injuries when they were struck by an automobile driven by Arnold Undi. They instituted this suit against Undi and his wife to recover damages, combining in one complaint their respective causes of action. The case was tried to a jury, which returned a verdict for defendants. Alternative motions for judgment n.o.v or a new trial were made and denied. Judgment was entered for defendants, and plaintiffs...
