This is an action of trespass on the case arising out of a collision which occurred in Monongalia County on November 11, 1950.

The plaintiff, William H. States, Jr., is owner and operator of a trucking line with headquarters at Croydon, Pennsylvania. On the morning of November 11, 1950, he was engaged in transporting, in a truck driven by himself, a load of butter and frozen foods from Bowmandale, Pennsylvania to Charleston, West Virginia...
