Upon trial by a jury in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, defendant was convicted of the crime of molesting with immoral intent Loretta Johnson, a minor, as that offense is defined by Section 563.160, RSMo 1949, V.A.M.S. His punishment was assessed at imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a term of two years.
