CANDLER, Justice.

Ozzie Jones was indicted for rape in Chatham County, under Code § 26-1301. He was convicted and sentenced to be electrocuted. In due time, he filed a motion for new trial on the usual general grounds, which was later amended by adding several special grounds. His amended motion was overruled, and the exception is to that judgment.
