This is an action brought by the plaintiff as a taxpayer for recovery of an income tax paid for the year 1945. The principal question for determination seems to be whether Noel Anderson, the plaintiff, and his family, consisting of his wife and his two sons, entered into and put in operation a family partnership, in good faith, for the conduct of their farming and ranching business and the raising of livestock in Chouteau County, State of Montana...
