This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to vacate sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Appellant was indicted with another for the crime of kidnapping in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1201. He voluntarily entered a plea of guilty to the charge contained in the indictment, being represented in court at the time by counsel of his own choosing and employment.
