The plaintiff, as trustee of the bankrupt estate of Santella Calandro, instituted this suit against Marvin C. Gold, Annette E. P. Gold, and The First National Bank and Trust Company of New Haven, hereinafter referred to as the bank. The allegations of the complaint, stated briefly, were: Michael J.
