The question before us arises in a proceeding by the owners of an 80-acre tract of land in Caddo county, to obtain a cancellation of an oil and gas lease executed by them and by assignment held by the operators, upon plaintiffs' contention that the operators have abandoned the lease and have failed to develop the same by drilling additional wells, thereby breaching the implied covenants thereof, and have failed to protect the land from oil and gas drainage...
