This case involves the applicability of the Fair Labor Standards Act1 to the employees in defendant's Lancaster, Pennsylvania, office. Defendant admittedly has not complied with the provisions of that statute. The district court held the Act applicable and enjoined defendant from further violations. Tobin v. Household Finance Corporation, D.C. E.D.Pa.1952, 106 F.Supp. 541....
