On February 4, 1952, the First National Exchange Bank of Roanoke, guardian of Nellie W. Stone, incompetent widow of Dr. Eustace B. Stone, deceased, filed its bill in equity against A. L. Hughson and Colonial-American National Bank, executors of decedent's estate, and against the Baptist Orphanage of Virginia, Eugenia W. Stone, and others, legatees under his will.
