In this action plaintiff seeks to recover damages in the sum of $25,000 from defendant, an individual doing business as "Clayton and Suburban Express", for personal injuries sustained from acetic acid sprayed upon him when a barrel of it fell to the ground and burst as he assisted defendant's motor truck driver roll the barrel down a skid board from the truck to the ground.
