MACEDONIA BAPTIST CHURCH, an unincorporated Religious Association, L. T. Lewis, Mrs. L. T. Lewis (Vernice), whose true first name is unknown, Plaintiffs in Error, v. SCHOOL DIST. NO. 1 IN CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER, and State of Colorado, a school district, and Macedonia Baptist Church, a Colorado corporation, and all unknown owners of any Interest In the property sought to be condemned herein; and all unknown persons who claim any interest in the subject matter of this action, Defendants in Error.
