This appeal is from a judgment for damages for conversion of an automobile in favor of plaintiff Security Loan Investment Company, against defendants Lewis Walker, C. M. Bartlett, James L. Pollard and Bill Shaw and others. Walker and Bartlett were found by the jury to have been partners in business, and Pollard and Shaw were found to be partners.
