Plaintiff in error, Carl Bush, was found guilty of murder by the criminal court of Cook County, as a result of a trial without a jury, and a sentence to fourteen years in the Illinois penitentiary was imposed. Then followed the usual motions for a new trial and arrest of judgment, which were denied. Redress was also sought by the defendant...
