A default divorce decree, rendered on September 23, 1949, in King county, Washington, in an action by Jessie High against Harold High, awarded Jessie a divorce and the custody of a child. It provided for monthly childsupport payments, allowed attorney's fees to the wife, and made a division of the property of the parties.
