The plaintiffs, Mrs. B. A. Simpson and Mrs. H. B. Fell, bring this action to recover damages from the defendant, Stanolind Oil and Gas Company, a corporation, alleging in substance that: in 1947 the plaintiffs executed an oil and gas lease on twenty acres of land in Carter County, Oklahoma. All of the minerals under said land are owned by the plaintiffs, subject to the said lease owned by the defendant. This lease was for a term of five years...
