Monnerjahn, against the Times Picayune Publishing Company, endeavoring to recover in tort damages of $105,000 by virtue of an accident resulting in the loss of vision to one of her son's eyes, which occurred on January 16th, 1950, at 2:30 p. m.; alternatively plaintiff requested a judgment in conformity with the provisions of the Workmen...
