Was a foreign corporation, made a garnishee in an attachment filed by a Maryland resident, against non-resident defendants, subjected to the jurisdiction of the Maryland Courts as a matter of right, and if not, did its filing a plea of nulla bona and answering interrogatories amount to a binding consent to jurisdiction?
