On February 29, 1952, the appellee, Yellow Transit Freight Lines, Inc., filed in the District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division, its voluntary petition for an arrangement under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 701 et seq.
