Appellant Stucker filed suit on a policy of insurance covering the life of a horse. This is the second appeal. Ark, 248 S.W.2d 383. On the 24th day of November, 1950, for the purchase price of $50 appellant bought the horse in question, a four-yearold named "Charlie".
