This appeal stems from a traffic mishap, which occurred when a car in which appellee, Mrs. Matlock, was riding was involved in a collision with a gravel truck driven by Morton, claimed to be the servant of the defendants, Lambert and Barr, the appellants here. We will refer to the parties as they were styled in the Trial Court.
