No. 43226.

260 S.W.2d 536 (1953)

STATE v. MARTIN.

Supreme Court of Missouri, en Banc.

September 14, 1953.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Roscoe C. Patterson, Kirby W. Patterson, Springfield, for appellant.

J. E. Taylor, Atty. Gen., Jack Fleischaker, Asst. Atty. Gen., for respondent.

LEEDY, Presiding Judge.
