For the first time the Court is called on to rule upon the legal significance of a flashing amber traffic signal at an intersection of two highways.

About 11:15 P.M. on the dark, dry night of October 26, 1951, William Brent Hopkins was fatally injured in a collision between the car in which he was riding and a tractor-trailer, at the intersection of Routes 50 and 331 in Easton, Talbot County. The companion...
