Wanda Gilley and Betty McLean filed separate actions for personal injuries against Theo Fruechting and George Fast Jr., individually and as partners doing business as Fruechting & Fast Butane Company, in the District Court of Custer County. The cases grew out of the same accident and were consolidated for trial before a jury. Separate verdicts were rendered for each plaintiff, and the defendants have appealed.
