This is an appeal by Jim Clark, doing business as Liberty Cab Company, from a judgment in the district court of Liberty County against him and in favor of appellee, Will Green. Green sued appellant for damages for personal injuries suffered by his wife, Clara Green, in a collision between an automobile and a taxicab owned by appellant, while Clara Green was a passenger for hire in the taxicab.
