Paul McNeal rented a tractor from Samuel Greenberg and two other persons doing business as copartners under the name of Sam's U-Drive. When operating the vehicle, McNeal sustained personal injuries and sued the lessors for damages. The appeal is from a judgment entered upon a directed verdict in favor of the lessors.
