This is an action in equity demanding judgment for the value of 1,002 bushels of soybeans alleged to have been converted by the defendant, General Mills, Incorporated, at its Belmond, Iowa, plant. The plaintiffs, under an oral arrangement with the Garry Grain Company, of Ledyard, Iowa, had delivered some 105 acres of soybeans to the Garry Grain Company in the months of September, October, and November, 1948, and three of the loads had been trucked...
