The defendant, a physiotherapist, after a consolidated trial of informations, was convicted of two crimes of abortion. In one information, defendant was charged with having on February 4, 1952, committed the crime by providing, supplying, using and employing an instrument upon the person of Barbara Ann MacIsaac with intent to procure a miscarriage.
