This is an appeal from a decree of the superior court of Cook County wherein plaintiffs' complaint seeking certain equitable relief was dismissed. Plaintiffs and defendant Otto F. Handke are the surviving children of the decedent, Dr. Otto K. Handke. Dr. Handke died June 7, 1943, at the age of 78. All the sisters have joined as plaintiffs in a suit seeking to set aside a certain deed...
