Plaintiff sued to recover $1,380, balance due for premium on a bail bond given by plaintiff's decedent for Sigmund Sam Engel, who had been indicted and was confined in the county jail awaiting trial. Plaintiff attached $600 belonging to defendant Pauline Engel and held by the Clerk of the circuit court. The court, after a hearing, dissolved the attachment and dismissed the suit.
