This is a suit to set aside an alleged void decree which was rendered by the Domestic Relations Court of Knox County, Tennessee.

These parties were husband and wife and resided in Hamblen County, Tennessee. The wife, the defendant, came to Knoxville and instituted this suit in the Domestic Relations Court for a divorce and the custody of their minor child and by the decree in that suit, the husband was directed to pay a stipulated sum each...
