HOLT, Justice.

On a charge of possessing intoxicating liquor for sale in a dry county, a jury trial resulted in a verdict finding appellant guilty as charged and assessment of punishment. This appeal followed.

For reversal, appellant first questions the sufficiency of the evidence.
