OPINION BY GUNTHER, J., December 29, 1953:

This is an appeal from a conviction and sentence under indictments charging forgery and burglary.

The defendant's first allegation of error is that there was no severance of the four indictments for forgery and the single indictment for burglary, but that all were consolidated in one trial. The only reason advanced as an objection is that the evidence was insufficient...
