Defendant Alexis L. Ehrman has appealed from a judgment against him and defendants Frank Nolan, Jr., and Annie Nolan as comakers of a promissory note in favor of plaintiff Helene Bardin Schaeffle, payee.

Ehrman claims the trial court should have found (1) that he was an indorser and was discharged by failure of the plaintiff to give him notice of default on the note, and (2) that he was an accommodation party and was discharged by plaintiff...
