This is a workmen's compensation case in which appellee, O. T. Haywood, recovered judgment against appellant, Texas Employers' Insurance Association, compensation carrier for West Texas Compress and Warehouse. Appellee testified that he was totally and permanently disabled by an injury to his neck sustained while he was holding a chain with both hands and kicking a bale of cotton out of a cotton press.
