This action was brought by Evelyn Tuggle, as guardian ad litem for her two-and-one-half-year-old daughter, against K.R. Anderson and W.E. Vannerson, doing business as Ziegler Shows, for personal injuries suffered on June 5, 1950, while on a "kiddie ride" at defendants' carnival at Yakima. The jury found for the defendants, and the plaintiff appeals.
