This is a petition to enforce an order of the National Labor Relations Board which found the Moss Planing Company of Washington, N. C., guilty of violating sections 8(a)(1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 151 et seq., and ordered it to cease and desist from further violations and to restore with back pay two employees, Fulcher and Wynne, found to have been discriminatorily discharged.
