Plaintiff has appealed from an adverse judgment in an action in tort to recover damages for injury to his truck and for loss of its use.

Trial was before the court on a stipulation of facts. The sole assignment of error is directed to the overruling of plaintiff's objections to the findings of fact and conclusion of law made by the court and the court's refusal to adopt other and different findings of fact and conclusions of law...
