Each of these listed actions in partition, under section 752 of the Code of Civil Procedure, was brought by plaintiff as owner of unforeclosed street improvement bonds issued by the city treasurer of San Diego pursuant to the Improvement Act of 1911. The complaint in each case was filed in 1949. It is stipulated by the parties that insofar as the law is concerned, the facts in each and all of the above actions...
