The plaintiff, Helen McGaw, was injured while riding as a guest in the automobile of the defendant, Joseph Wassmann, on the Bluemound road at 2:30 a. m. on August 8, 1948. At the place of the accident, the width of the road was 62 feet, 23/8 inches. The driver of the defendant Checker Cab Company had stopped to discharge two passengers at the north curb of the road, with the right wheels of the cab in excess...
