This appeal is from a judgment in favor of appellee in an action brought to recover damages for personal injuries. The injuries are alleged to have been the result of negligence of appellant in packing for shipment a grain swather manufactured by appellant and delivered by it to the Farmers Supply Company at Glencoe, Minnesota.
