Appellant, Adeline Z. Cone, and appellee, S. E. Cone, were married on February 6, 1938. The parties are now divorced and their property rights have been settled other than the 7/8 working interest in an oil and gas lease covering Labor No. 13 in League No. 42, of the Rains County School Lands in Hockley County, Texas, and containing 111.5 acres.
