In several petitions for the correction of erroneous assessments, Atlantic Greyhound Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the petitioner, contended that the City of Winchester, hereinafter referred to as the city, had illegally assessed petitioner with license taxes for the years 1947, 1948, 1950, 1951, 1952, and 1953, for the operation of its bus terminal in that city.
