Jacobs Co. being Michigan corporations, and each individual defendant also being a citizen of the state of Michigan, the matter in controversy exceeding three thousand dollars, and the plaintiff further alleging that this action is not brought collusively to confer upon this Court jurisdiction which it would not otherwise...
