Plaintiff taxpayer of the city of Jackson filed this bill of complaint to enjoin the defendant city, its mayor and clerk from transferring or using public funds for the 1951-1952 fiscal year to pay for land for off-street municipal automobile parking lots. The circuit judge who heard the case held that the defendants had acted lawfully and within their authority, dissolved a temporary injunction and dismissed the bill. The plaintiff appeals.
