Action is brought by plaintiff, Paul Larson, to recover damages for medical expenses and loss of services resulting from his wife's fall on a public crosswalk in the city of Mankato. The jury returned a verdict against defendant, the City of Mankato. The trial court denied defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and defendant appeals from the judgment.
