In this proceeding the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy seeks to enjoin defendant from filling prescriptions and operating a pharmacy in the State of Louisiana without having a permit from the Board and without having on duty a pharmacist registered by the Board. The petition alleges that defendant had throughout 1949 and up to the time the suit was filed, operated a pharmacy in Opelousas under the trade name "Service Drug Store" without having a permit...
