On November 15, 1951, plaintiffs filed their complaint against the defendant and alleged that he had been guilty of unfair competition; these allegations will be set out more fully hereinafter.

The defendant, on December 7, 1951, filed his answer denying that he had been guilty of unfair competition. At the same time the defendant filed his counterclaim against the plaintiffs and alleged that they had been guilty of unfair competition...
