LOTTINGER, Judge.

This action arises from a collision between a motorcycle and a passenger car. The scene of the collision is a point opposite the driveway of defendants Nolans, the husband being the owner of the car and the wife being the driver of the car. The driver of the car at the time of the collision, was in the process of entering her driveway after executing a left-hand turn.

The collision occurred on West College Avenue within the corporate limits...
